Choose an airport

Radar only works at airports your simulator has loaded before, or at airports in X-Plane's data if X-Plane is installed. X-Plane 11 and 12 are in testing.

  1. On Home, choose Radar only or Start without a simulator.
  2. Choose an airport, then plan and begin your session.
  3. Use SIM for the World menu, where you can pause, change the time rate or choose a weather scenario.

The position

Aircraft appear on your screens. You have strips, Surface, ATIS, radio and pilots. Radar only uses real weather unless you choose another option in the planner.

To return to your simulator, end the session and select Simulator on Home.
