Send a report

  1. Open Settings, then Account & support, and choose Report a problem.
  2. Describe what happened. RadarWorks saves a report and copies its location for you.
  3. Open the support page, sign in and send the report.

Debug mode

For a problem that is hard to pin down, turn on Debug mode in Settings, under Account & support, or press . When the problem happens, select the aircraft and press . Choose the DEBUG mark, then Save report. You can include a picture of the RadarWorks window.

Copy summary puts a short description on your clipboard. Passwords and keys are removed from reports. Debug reports can include recent pilot and controller voice lines.

Go to the support page to send your report.
